Before I get into the details, let me throw out everything that would deter you away first. One of the roommates participates in 420 activities, and while I would prefer you didn't participate in 420 activities you must at least be ok with it. You must be ok with homos. There will be two dogs living in the house, but the way the lease is set up, no more animals are allowed. So you must like dogs. You will be sharing a bathroom with a girl. Both roommates are in their mid twenties and we would prefer you are around the same age. The room for rent is $590 per month, but monthly expenses usually averages around $700 when utilities and cable/internet are factored in. You can move in June 1st. Ok, now if you are still reading, let me get into the details. The place is a 1800 sq ft three bedroom two bathroom conveniently located near the Med Center, NRG stadium, Rice Village, and the 610 loop. Despite it's location, the neighborhood is very quiet and filled with mostly families. Washer and dryer are included. The room you would be renting shares a bathroom. It's hard wood floors throughout, except for the kitchen which is some sort of fake tile, and the tv room which is carpet. About us: I am a recent graduate from nursing school and will begin working in the med center at the beginning of July. So I will be working a lot of the time. My roommate will be finishing up her senior year at UH. We're both in our mid twenties. We're both easy going, easy to get a long with, open minded, and friendly individuals. We are looking for someone who is social and will interact with us. We don't have to be best friends, but we're also not opposed to that. We would also prefer you be a student or full time employee or both, in your mid twenties, and easy going and open minded like us. We also like to be social and go out and have a drink on the weekends, but we also have passed that early twenty party every day stage. So please have also passed that horrid stage.
