We have a beautiful furnished 3 bedroom, 3bath apartment in Cambridge. One of our roommates is moving out and we are looking for someone (male/female or couple) to take over her lease, starting in-February.Rent 440$ per month with all utilities Included; the lease runs through August 2015 and has an option to renew in September. The apartment includes hardwood floors, eat-in kitchen, living room, dishwasher, laundry in the building, and a large porch.
Best Location:Near the Alewife Station/Fresh Pond in Cambridge (13 minute walk), about 1.5 miles from Harvard, Davis, and Porter Squares. It is seriously an awesome location.
We are both female in our mid-twenties, working full-time. We are both pretty clean and are looking for a neat/clean, responsible, and considerate person as a roommate. In our spare time, we like watching TV and trying new restaurants. We'd like someone we can be friendly with, but are not necessarily looking for a "best friend" in a roommate as we keep pretty busy with work and our own things.
