Unfortunately I will be moving out of my great Two story, 2 bed/ 1.5 bath apartment in Redondo Beach. I am looking for a young professional f.e.m.a.l.e. (preferably early to mid twenties) to take over the remainder of my lease. This is for a private room in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment, is situated less than 2 miles away from Manhattan Beach Pier, and just a short walk or bike ride to grocery stores and restaurants. There is plenty of street parking (never an issue), refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and onsite laundry. Best of all, the complex includes a great pool for relaxing on those hot summer days! Utilities are not included in the rent, but are split equally between you and one other person. Please keep in mind this is a 3 Month sublet at which point the lease will be up. There is always the possibility of renewing the lease if you wish to stay.
