Details: -Both bedrooms are good size with large closets. -One bedroom comes partially finished with just a Queen size bed. -The other bedroom small dresser and a Queen size bed -One shared bathroom upstairs, and one shared bathroom downstairs (both with walk in showers). -Laundry on -House/common areas fully furnished. -Large open floor plan in kitchen and living area with lots of light. -Wood stove in living area (provides a good amount of heat during the winter). -Large basement with assigned spaces for storage. -WiFi connected for internet use. Cable TV access. Although there is no cable TV set up at the moment, if this is wanted, set up for this service can be discussed. -Use of large yard surrounding the house. -Utilities will be shared among all the two tenants and myself.
