I am looking to lease out a space in a two tale home as beginning as possible.
The space is upper level, distributed bathing room and huge residing space (upstairs.)
The kitchen area, small residing space and main bed space are downstairs.
I'm a women delayed 20s that consumes the main bed space downstairs and a men mid 30s.
I perform a 9am-6pm job; go to university and bartend on the Saturdays and Sundays.
Chris is in the bartending business as well.
We keep it fairly silent during the 7 days and perform on the Saturdays and Sundays.
We're really easy to get along with as long as you pay expenses on time and keep your distributed places fresh.
There are no animals in the home and would like to keep it that way for hygiene factors.
