(Chicago) Furnished bedroom and private bathroom * Month-to-Month

Large bedroom and private bathroom in a nice new two floor penthouse apartment.
The place is very spacious, lots of large windows, wood floors and high ceilings.
Ample street parking around the building, basement covered parking garage also available.
After which a month to month arrangement, with at least a one month notice would be fine.
I'm a 34 year old guy, management consulting professional working in the financial services industry.
I keep a busy schedule Monday-Friday, like to be social over the weekends.
I'm fairly easy to get along with; almost all my previous roommates have ended up turning into good friends.
Current roommate has been renting here for two years and is now moving out of state for work.
