Right now there is 1 female UWF grad student and me living in the house. The home is in Pensacola 1 mile from downtown. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with tile and wood floors. I have a Golden Retriever dog and a cat. Both stay inside. No other pets allowed. $ 400 per room for a furnished bedroom, utilities are included, high speed internet, washer and drier available. First month rent $400 and damage deposit $300 due when you move in. No couples, children, smoking, felons, drugs, drunks and no parties Pay on time, Be clean, Be respectful.
