I have a furnished room with a shared bathroom, that comes with a small TV, queen size bed, double door closet, DirectTV and Wi-Fi access, for $400 monthly and is all bills paid with no deposit. My 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in Del Valle past the airport, off Hwy 71 East and Ross Rd in the Berdoll Farms subdivision. It's an energy efficient home and was built just 2 years ago with over 2,300 sq. ft. of living area, a modern kitchen, new whirlpool appliances and washer/dryer, a covered patio with a rocking swing, an 8ft pool table in the loft and a 60 inch plasma TV in the living room. My subdivision is quiet and has a walking trail, pond, basketball court, swimming pool with cabana and Southeast Metro Park just down the road. I prefer a 3 or 6 month lease for these rooms and prefer clean, quiet, friendly and financially responsible renter. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
