I am 10 minutes from the Delaware Memorial Bridge, which goes to all Southern NJ and Central NJ points. That puts me about 10 mins to Trolley Square and the local bars, colleges, Talleyville, Claymont and the PA borderline etc. I am 20 mins from Newark and I am 30 minutes drive to Center City Philly. Minutes to I-95, Rt 202, Rt 141, Rt 1, Rt 2, Rt 7 etc. Private bedroom fully furnished, color TV with Direct TV service including movie package, wireless Fios internet, Queen size Futon bed with new 10" mattress, dresser, computer desk and chair, area floor fan, central air/central heat, hard wood floors, free Weights/dumbbells available for use, Security system, washer/dryer. Sexual orientation and race are no issue whatsoever. You would have use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, family room, free- weights/universal machine, and shared bathroom, large grill outside. House has a 24/7-alarm system, which is monitored for burglary, fire or medical emergency. I AM Not interested in couples, children or pets. Three two, , four three .
