My previous roommate had to relocate for work, and we are looking for a new roommate to move into the master bedroom. The house is in Temple Terrance near USF and Bush Gardens. The current lease expires in May. We can discuss renewing the lease as long as we get along, and you pay the rent on time. There are no deposits! However, I do require first month's rent at the time of move-in. Rent is a flat rate of $700/month with all utilities included! The room is huge! It can be furnished or unfurnished. It would be perfect for a student, a working professional, or just someone looking to stay in Florida over the winter! You would have your own bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. There is hi-speed internet and cable. The bedroom is also cable-ready with a DVR. This house is pet-friendly! It has a fenced in yard and tile floors. I have a small dog, and there is an outside cat that belongs to the previous roommate. I don't mind if you have an inside cat, but I do ask that you keep the litter box in your bedroom. This is NOT a party house! I am, for the most part, really laid back, but I work from home and I take classes online. So please be respectful!
