Hi there, I'm a professional female looking for a roommate. My roommate is moved out so I'm looking for someone to take his place. We live in a great apartment in the Portland on Mockingbird. In the Portland you'll have covered garage parking, swimming pool, Hot tubs, fitness center, and a Kroger Signature conveniently located next door. In the apartment we have cable, internet, washer/dryer, a/c, and dishwasher. The rent is $340 for your portion and you would have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. I'd really appreciate no loud noise after 11:00 during the week. I'd also prefer someone who is very neat and clean in the common areas.
