THE ROOM: It's a private room that's empty and ready to be moved into ASAP. Utilities are included as well as cable and internet/wifi. We also have hulu and netflix accounts. THE HOUSE: Home to my wife and I as well as one other roommate right now. She and I own the master bedroom space and have the rest of the living spaces mostly furnished other than the bedrooms. The house use to be a bachelor pad back when the old roommates had it so there are years worth of tupperware/pots/pans/etc left from roommates moving out. Once my wife and I got married we decided to stay and make it a little more homey but still keep costs down for ourselves by allowing roommates to live there. So yeah, there is a guest bathroom and full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and screened in back porch. She and I usually keep to ourselves because we have a living space within the master bedroom.
