My husband live in France and it is too expensive for us to pay both homes and the fly ticket to be able to be together, so we decide to rent the spare room I have here. The room is 550$ + utilities The area is very safe and there is plenty of parking space. The community is in the middle of a golf club with 2 swimming pools and is very quiet and nice.
