Hello, I'm a 37 year old single father living near Natomas with my 2 yr old daughter and I have a room cheap to rent in a large 3 bedroom home. It has a bathroom across the hall and a nice view of the backyard I'm currently only looking at female's to share the space with me and become a part of our home. As a single father I have trouble keeping up and really need another set of hands to maintain common areas. We live close to hwy 80 in the "top of town", and we like to hike and fly RC airplanes. My daughter goes with her mother during the day and some weekends, but she but lives with me the majority of the time.
