Apartment is ~1500sqft with shiny, huge cusine and living room area areas;
Fully equipped outside of bedroom/bathroom is ready for lease.
There is washing machine in building; possible choice on vehicle parking identify in developing for extra fee.
Relatively silent developing, though social events and low key get-togethers are great.
Small, lovely (and lazy) hypo-allergenic dog in device, but no extra animals permitted, unfortunately.
Roommate must be fresh, thoughtful, type, and 26+.
