I'm
Kevin, I'm a 28 year old firefighter. I have a girlfriend, but she does
not live with me. I'm looking for a mature adult to rent my second
bedroom. I'm friendly and accommodating but I'm looking for someone who
is a non-smoker and non drug user. Also important is that you're quiet,
clean and not into partying. I just don't have the patience to deal with
a loud, messy roommate.
I will be renting it for $600/month. This includes AT&T High speed
Internet and the best cable package (minus HBO), water, trash and the
electric. Also included is a free membership to the premier athletic
club ($1,000/year value).
There is only one full bathroom and one half bathroom, so a schedule
would have to be arranged to avoid any problems. I am a firefighter, I
work a 24 hour shift and then I'm off for 48 hours. On work days I leave
by 5 am so I am in bed by 8pm. This is why I must stress the need for a
quiet roommate.
I have a very well behaved dog, which puts me at the pet limit. Please
only inquire if you do NOT have a pet.
I feel the need to mention that while my living room is available to
you, it is specifically my area when I'm home. Your room will have cable
and Internet access, I will just have to add on another HD dvr box to
your room.
I also require a roommate that does not work from home.
I would like to rent on a month to month basis. If you are leaving you
must give a 30 day notice. If you are being asked to leave you will
also get the same 30 day notice.
I hope that most of the points have been addressed. I prefer to get
everything out in the open now so that I don't run into problems later.
