I'm sad to be leaving this brownstone walkup. The place is clean, new, and well-decorated, its about an 8 minute walk to the path but right near the biergarten and a bunch of restaurants. The room is fully furnished but you can bring your own stuff if you like. It has a large closet and is on the bigger side, 12 x 12 or so. You would have your own full bathroom. There are two pools and gym thats opened 24 x 7 and comes with the lease. We have always played community fridge and cabinets. No assigned space and no assigned food. My roommate is a great guy, vitamin supplement rep that travels a lot. He is 39 but believes he's still 25. He is a lot of fun and enjoys keeping to himself or going out together, very easy going. There is parking available, enquire if interested.
