Hello I am a full-time student that is about a year away from a combined bachelors degree in health systems management and ecology/geology. I am a clean as I go person, because I find it easier when things do not pile up! I would prefer a female roommate that was drug and alcohol free. I understand a social drinker, I just respectively ask that it be kept away from me. I like to go out and have fun just the same as the next person, but my studies keep me very busy. I enjoy cooking, and art. I also have one cat who is 9 and very well house broken although she loves some love'ins. The $400 would include rent, electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, and wi-fi (yes, there is a dishwasher). All I wish for is someone I can respectfully live with, that cleans up after themselves, and has some goals. The stipulation is that you would have to be on the lease, but it is month to month here, so all my landlord and I would need is a 30 day notice. I am respectful of privacy, welcoming to respectful guests, and would expect the same in return (although mostly I go out for my visits).
