I have a double room for rent which would suit a professional, Mon - Fri only, in the Kidderminster area. The area has good rail links to Birmingham and Worcester, good road links to local areas and is within 10 minutes walk of the town centre. The room has a double bed, workspace/desk, wardrobe space and a small sofa. You would have almost sole use of the house bathroom and shared use of kitchen and living room. There is off road parking and some space for cycle storage in the garage if required. I am quiet but sociable, trustworthy, clean and tidy and share my home with four cats (so you need to like them!) and enjoy quiet evenings in the week. I work from home with some travel during the week. I enjoy good food and a glass of wine and am looking for a similar professional individual to rent the room. Short term lets would also be considered.
