Looking for a clean, quiet, mostly happy roommate, financially stable, to share my small Napa home. Preferably female, but mostly looking for the right person, regardless of gender. I have a two-bedroom, one bath home with a recently remodeled kitchen, updated(shared) bath, small living room and dining area (but very comfortable for 2), and a huge back yard with deck, trellis, garden beds, gas grill, etc. The living room looks somewhat different than the photo: tan/white walls & molding; dark red Pakistan area rug, book shelves on either side of tv; there's a love seat opposite the couch that you see. Rent includes sharing the house in a way that makes it feel like home to both of us. Also includes garbage, Wifi, a weekly gardener, housekeeper every two weeks, sharing the back yard and possibly some storage in the garage. The room can be furnished with a bed, nightstand, chair and dresser or rented without. Water and PG&E split 60/40. The neighborhood is older, quite safe, with wonderful neighbors. I do have pets (dogs and cats) who are friendly and well-behaved, so a pet loving person is a must. I would be open to allowing another dog, but not a cat. month lease initially; then will consider renewing for the same period or month to month, depending on how you and I feel about it. References required and a credit check. I will provide you with references as well. I am not looking for a short-term renter; rather someone who would be interested in renting for 1-2 years or more, if we find ourselves compatible with one another.
