up into the South end of North Mountain. Easy access to both 17 and 51,
Central Ave etc. Park and trail head to North Mountain at end of
street.
Moved in Dec 2014. All new. Offering Master Bedroom/En Suite "drop-dead
gorgeous" bathroom. Large closet with IKEA closet system. Cable ready.
Includes internet/utilities. Have shared with both str8 and gay men so
either is just fine. (My str8 BBF has been my temp. roommate as he gets
through his divorce.) I am low-key, but I am tidy. I don't make a career
out of house cleaning, but I like things to be clean and neat thus
clean up as I go. I am NOT a note leaver. That's the best way to ruin
any share.
If you like to live in a freezer in the summer and bake in the winter,
we will probably not be a match. I am frugal and respect my home, the
dollar and vital resources like water. I am a busy professional spending
some days at home. Usually very quiet, but with a personality ... be
warned :) I like to hike, get outdoors, read, watch Netflix on my iPad,
cocktails with good friends and generally enjoy this wonderful city.
Looking for (male) solvent, mature, NON smoker, clean, quiet,
