Hello :) I need a roommate starting sometime after May 10th. There is furniture if needed, or if not then feel free to use your own. The apartment is huge and the building includes a washer and dryer. It is fully furnished with redwood furniture!! Rent is $735 per month which includes heat, water, internet, electricity, and cable. The lease is by month but looking for a longterm roommate (duration is negotiable). General parking is street parking and I have always been able to park within my block since there are a lot of houses with their own driveways anyways. Winthrop is a quaint family neighborhood on the water with it's own beach!! It is a 10 min drive outside of Boston. If you don't want to drive into Boston you can park at the T (blue line) for free or take a $5.50 cab to the T (15~20 min total). Note: Blue line is open till 3am on Fri & Sat. I am looking for a female roommate in their 20's. Someone who is friendly, easy going, keeps the common areas clean, social but doesn't bring the party home. No pets are allowed and no smoking.
