I am looking for a roommate. I have a large 3 bed 2 bath brick home in a quiet neighborhood. The room is nice, and has a bathroom just outside the door that I don't use. The house is around 2500 sq ft. So if you have furniture there is plenty of room to put it. I work around 50 hours a week, and my shift changes all the time. I'm very laid back, and clean. When i'm not working i like to do outdoors stuff. Mountain bike, kayak etc. I drink a couple times a week, but nothing crazy. Central heat and ac, fairly large back yard, fake wood floors, off street parking. Rent is 450, and with utilities it will be a max of $550. This costs the same as or less than renting a apartment, and has a lot more to offer.
