About the apartment: it's a furnished 3 BR. There IS a bed in one room so you don't need to worry about that! You can add a sitting chair (wing or recliner) and dresser. There is ample closet space in the bedroom. The other bedroom has no bed. There is also a large kitchen and bathroom, small mudroom, front patio, back yard, back enclosed patio/storage, laundry in building and lots of storage. I will also be adding a portable fireplace soon. Free parking on the street. 5 min to the blue line and 90/94. It is centrally located and easy to reach anywhere you need quickly and efficiently. A little bit about myself, I am quiet down to earth and hard working. I work a very early shift and am in my office by 7 or 8 am so I need someone that respects quiet times at night. I don't have many visitors or parties but when I do, we will respect the other roommate in the house. I have two dogs- they are very very friendly and totally lovable. Rent is $750 (for one person getting both rooms) or $400 for the furnished room and $ $350 for the unfurnished room payable on the 1st of the month. I will only rent at the $400/$350 rate IF BOTH rooms are rented. And utilities are an additional $75 a month. Security deposit is one months rent and move in date is anytime.
