Hey! I'm looking for a subleaser. I have an awesome oversized bedroom (14x14) available in Aspen Heights. It's a girl's house only (three other girls live here) so sorry guys. It has a walk in closet, a full private bathroom, balcony view and is only 5 miles away from MTSU. Aspen has a lot of great amenities so if you're not familiar with it, check out their to see everything else they have to offer. The rent includes a utilities allowance. Free parking in your own numbered space. My lease ends in July and you can extend it as needed. I took pictures around the house so you know what it looks like.
