I am going to be resigning my lease at the end of April as I fell in love with my apartment. My roommates unfortunately are not able to resign :\ So I'm looking for two young females to occupy the two spare rooms. The apartment is wonderful, 1350 sqft! Each room has it's own bathroom, 8 ft bar, open concept living room/kitchen. The community was built two years ago so everything is NEW, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas stove. LOTS of counter space. There is a video intercom in the apartment, gated community, we have a good sized patio. There is also a large shared party that is wonderful during summer. People in our community tend to have drinks out there while playing guitars and singing! I tend to become friends with my roommates and the friendships last long after we're roommates. Therefore I want to make sure we are a good match and have things in common. I am a very easy going & fun loving person. Recently I've gotten into holistic healing, natural remedies, essential oils & eating organic. I love listening to music, will hopefully be getting a record player in the near future. I also spend lots of time inside & outside with my goofy dog Jax. Seriously Jax has such an awesome personality, he's a silly guy.
