Please note that all utilities are included in the rent (water, gas, trash, internet, cable - incl. HBO channels). Huge vaulted living and dining room. House has a fireplace for the cool winters, gas stove for those who love to cook, and a large lobby. New A/C which keeps upstairs nice and cool. I also have a new water conditioning system that supplies filtered water to the whole house. There is also a backyard to die for with tons of plants, fountain, wooden swing, etc. I have 2 pugs and an outdoor cat that usually hangs out in the backyard. My dogs do not get along with other pets so no additional pets please.
