$600 INCLUDES: w/d use, private bedroom, heat, full kitchen use, large backyard with deck/patio & 11 foot deep swimming pool, mini in home gym, living room with tv, netflix, wifi.. We can re-paint the room if you'd like, but this brown/tan was put on in November/December! Pictures make room look small, but used to hold, King Bed, 2 dressers, bureau, & nightstand.. Come take a look! We are a happy-go-lucky couple who never argue or fight. We are both outdoorsy people, love our large backyard & our neighbors. We have two Boxers, male & female, both of which are 4 years old, very loving, playful & very energetic. We are looking for a responsible person to pay on time, clean up after themselves & be respectful of our home. You are welcome to full use of the house, including living room, kitchen, backyard with large deck, laundry room, finished basement with exercise room, with off street parking. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED..
