I am looking to rent a room in a lovely 2bed/1bath in Spanish Colonial style with hardwood floors, a remodeled kitchen, coved ceilings in the living room, a fireplace, washer and dryer (on-), and private parking in the driveway. The back yard is large with fruit trees and raised beds for veggies. The house is located in a very nice part of normal heights, close to North Park and Adams Ave. Rent is $1000 with a deposit of $900. The water is paid but we would split utilities. I am moving in on the 27th of march and looking to rent out the other room by the first of April. I am in my late 20's. I am a very relaxed, easygoing, and quiet person. I have a small black lab that is very, very friendly, so if you love dogs this is the place for you.
