What's up guys! I'm about to move back to Europe, and hence searching for a trustworthy male to take over my lease for April of a shared room in Westwood (move in on 24th already with no charge!!)! The housing agency has multiple, short and long-term leasing-options, to choose from ☺ This is furnished apartment with spacious rooms and lot of space in the common areas. It's a 2-Bedroom 2-Bathroom apartment, so you would be sharing the apartment with three awesome guys and one of the bedrooms and bathrooms with another male, which is about to move in later on this month. There's a laundry machine and a dryer in the unit! The kitchen has it all, from toasters to dishwashers. In addition, the apartment also just got a fresh new paint last weekend! This is a safe, high-end neighbourhood, conveniently located close to everywhere you want to go: 5min from UCLA, 5min from Beverly Hills, 10min from Santa Monica, 20min from Venice Beach, 22min from DTLA and 5min from Westwood Village. You can find all of the services you need less than a 5min away (the walk score is 94!!) I'm asking exactly the same rent as the housing agency; $815/month with a $400 deposit and this rent includes everything! Street parking is free, but you can have your own spot for $80/month from the parking structure. After you've paid for the April's rent plus the 400 deposit this week, you would able to move in already on the 24th and stay the last week of March for free!!
