I am looking for someone to sublease my awesome huge room in my apartment in The Romaine in Clifton. The dates would be from early May-July 31. The rent is $438 plus utilities which are cable/internet (Cincinnati Bell) and Duke Energy which run roughly 50-100 per month total. I love this apartment! It has high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. It is a 3 bedroom and one bath. My current roommates will be living the apartment this summer. They are two females aged 23. One is a grad student at UC and one is a young professional working downtown. I have already purchased a parking pass for the year so that will be included in the price! The parking lot is in the back of the building. The room will be unfurnished when I move out.
