I currently live in a rowhome in Upper Fells point with another female young professional. It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, has a back patio and is in a good neighborhood. As one of our roommates is moving out, we will have an opening for July 1st. A little about ourselves - my roommate and I met in Baltimore a couple of years ago when we moved to the city for work. She works in finance, and I am a civil engineer at a land development firm. We both like to workout, cook, and watch Netflix/Hulu during the week and enjoy going out on weekends. We also keep the common areas and dishes pretty clean.
