About the Apartment Looking for a third housemate (female) for a spacious house in Beechview, 2 minutes from the Westfield T stop. Safe quiet neighborhood. Very convenient for university students and working professionals in the downtown area. Close proximity to grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops (in about 8 minutes walking distance or one t-stop). Refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer in apartment. Comcast cable and internet is available for one third of the monthly bill amount (approx 25 dollars). Apartment is mostly furnished by current roommates, but feel free to move some of your stuff in. There is plenty of room. Parking on property and on street. No pets. Rent is $360 plus one-third of the gas and one-third of the electricity. Total rent would be approximately $400 depending on utility usage. (In my experience so far it has been $380 or so.) Tenant must sign a lease ending in August 2015. No section 8 housing, required by landlord. Credit check required for landlord. Apartment available immediately. About the Roommates I'm Laura, 22, female and a recent college graduate who works in the downtown area. I am friendly, responsible and neat and am looking for a roommate who is similar. I occasionally have guests, but I don't really party in my apartment. When I do, I usually go out. I have another roommate, also called Laura, and also employed in the downtown area. She is friendly, but more quiet than I am. We are looking for a female roommate who is either a student or works in the area. It would be great to find someone who we both get along with and is also responsible. Smoking is okay if it's outside, but no drugs please. Other than that, we're pretty chill about everything.
