We are looking for a roommate for our condo in East Boston (Jeffries Point). The room is good sized (unfurnished) with private bathroom. The rent includes all utilities , along with cable and high speed wifi. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit. Incredible views from the living room and deck overlooking the harbor and city. There is plenty of street parking available or it's only a 5 minute walk to Maverick Station on the Blue Line. My partner and I live in the master bedroom and are both professionals in in our 20s-30s. Prefer more of a quiet atmosphere during the week, but sometimes have friends over for drinks on the weekends. Prefer to keep the place clean, especially the common the areas.
