There is a large corner room (it's down at the end of a long hall, with no adjacent roommates so is very quiet) available in a huge house in the South Hills. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and all the neighbors are quiet, older people who keep to themselves. When you live here, you will enjoy a personal dresser (located in the room's closet), free high speed internet (WIFI), a pool table, new washer and dryer, punching bag room, weights, treadmill, and one heck of a view. Also, one of the roommates has an Xbox One and netflix in the common area, which is available for use. The house also has three separate living rooms (one with a big screen TV), so there's always a place to lounge alone if you wish. I am looking for someone to move in by Feb. 1st at the latest, but I am willing to move out sooner if you need the space more urgently. 12 month lease with 1 month deposit, rent is $380 a month, and you would also be responsible for a small portion of monthly utilities. You won't be disappointed!
