My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to share a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Austin. The apartment is located in North Austin near the domain. There's a $50 deposit that would need to be paid to us and a $50 application fee to be paid to the apartment complex. The apartment complex has a gym, washers and dryers on and a pool. Rent will be $422/ month plus utilities. Probably no more than $510ish/ month. Move in would be May 20th. We would like someone to sign the lease no later than April 20th. What we're looking for in a roommate: Must contribute to keeping the common areas clean (do what you will to your own room). NO PETS. We like to go out on the weekends and would love a new roommate to hang with us. We would prefer someone that's LGBT friendly and between ages 22-30. I work M-F 8-5 so, someone who isn't too loud during week nights.
