The apartment is 1100 sq. ft. and you will have your own room and your own bathroom. I have two cats living with me and the complex doesn't allow anymore in the apartment. I have a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex is near Fashion Place Mall, I-15 and I-215 on/off ramps. Near dining and downtown. Apartment is clean, has internet, cable, and fully furnished. As long as you are respectful and responsible we'll get along just fine. I am a full time student as well as work full time. I'm friendly and fun but this isn't a party household nothing illegal but if you talk to my current roommate she would say otherwise and this is why I'm looking for a new roommate.
