Hey Wonderful Denver People! I am looking to rent one of my rooms in Federal Heights. Rent for each room will be around $600 /month + utilities (preferably 12 + month leases, but length is negotiable) and available as early as March 6. The house is practically brand new (built in ) and the common areas come completely furnished. The rooms can also come partially furnished (bed, night stand, and a bookshelf). This house is in a great location for someone who needs easy access to a highway. I am hoping to room with two males that are either full time students or work full time and who: are fairly clean, and don't smoke or have pets. I am a 28 year old Christian male who works at a tech company in Boulder and attends the Denver Community Church in Uptown. I am fairly clean and love to ski and run.
