Looking for mature female roommate. No men, please! You would rent the entire upstairs, which includes your own living room, bathroom and bedroom. We would share kitchen. I am a flight attendant, so I am often gone, when I am home I am quiet and want a quiet roommate who doesn't have a lot of people over. The space is furnished as shown, rent includes all utilities, DirectTV and wifi. There is a TV in your living room and a DirectTV receiver in the bedroom if you bring a TV. The upstairs is closed off by a door, so you would have complete privacy and able to keep the cats out of your space. I own two cats, so want someone who is cat friendly but I don't expect you to entertain my cats in your living area. The Metroparks is right across the street with trails and a park. I took the picture of the Metroparks out of your bedroom, your living room has same view. There is a microwave upstairs for your personal use, great way to make popcorn while watching your favorite show. It is a very quiet neighborhood and I am looking for a mature woman as a roommate.
