The room is the master bedroom and has an ensuite bath. Room is available furnished (Queen bed, dresser, desk, 2 bookcases, 2 night stands) for $575/mth plus half utilities or unfurnished for $475 plus half utilities. Utilities include cable, internet, electric/water, and yard maintenance. You will share the townhouse with a great roommate and his beagle dog. Kitchen, dining room, and living room (with a sectional and flatscreen) are shared. Washer & dryer are there too for your use. Deposit is one months rent.
