Hello! I currently live a three bedroom apartment in uptown! My two roommates will be moving in with their boyfriends, and I am looking to stay! The apartment will be available the first week of July. The apartment has a great location, within minutes of walking distance from west village and the Katy trail right next to the apartment! The apartment is located at the Carlisle on Katy trail, the complex is older but my specific unit looks very different from the rest. There are hard wood floors in the entire apartment, including the bedrooms giving the apartment a fresh look. The two roommates would share a spacious bathroom, with his and hers sink. All the rooms have walk in closets, and spacious room, the picture you see of the curtains are a work in progress and will be up by Sunday. I will also be painting the walls and wallpapering in the coming months.The apartment itself is quite spacious with a large balcony. Internet is included, all bills range between $40-70 per month. I do not have pets, but am very open to the idea of my roommates having pets! I have some furniture including dinning room table, accent chair, and a TV stand along with a few other decorative pieces. The couch is my roommates (minus decorative pillows,those are mine) and will be gone come move in date, I can either buy a new one or you are more than welcome to bring yours! I am very flexible and open to new ideas with furniture :)
