House is located in Clairemont/Bay Park, very quiet neighborhood close to bus stop, stores and restaurants. 1 bedroom is currently available, the master approx. 12x13 for $775 (plus 1/3 of utilities, about $100/month). Built in closet, Time Warner cable tv and internet, garage for storage and laundry, jacuzzi, outdoor bbq, meat smoker, vegetable garden and patio with street parking. Current tenants are both straight males, a working contractor/surfer and hotel worker, easy to get along with. I go to Mexico to surf and enjoy the cuisine, as well as jazz concerts on this side of the border frequently. The house is kept clean, and bills are paid on time. Looking for someone who is a non smoker,no pets, social drinkers ok, no drama, no baggage!
