1 bedroom, shared bath. Located out from downtown Nashville in a town home community. It is unfurnished. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We're a great household. We do not smoke or do drugs but occasionally have drinks and go out. We have occasional roomie late nights watching netflix and just hanging out. Would like to have someone who is down for that too. But for the most part, we are all busy students/professionals. No pets, and no couples. Move in date is flexible. Rent is due upon move in. You pay for the month going forward and a security deposit of 325. 6 month lease, but can also discuss other options.
