The room: Very big for the area and price, you can actually take a walk around it. Room will be unfurnished but will fit a full bed with a lot of room to spare or even a queen. Has a window and gets good light. Has a large closet with metal bar and three shelves. The apartment: 3 bedrooms in a lower Manhattan walk up. Fully furnished common area and kitchen. Couch and dining table in the living room with a wall mounted flat screen TV. Kitchen is ready for cooking and the stove, oven and microwave all work well. Also have a decent amount of kitchenwares for your use. Bathroom has a shower/tub with new molding. The location: For Manhattan it really can't be beat. 30 second walk to the C,E trains, 5 minutes to N,R, 10 minutes to 6 train, 5 minutes to B,D,F,M,A. It's really a perfect location for transit. Close to amazing restaurants, shopping, and bars. 5 minute walk to the West Village, 5 minutes to Tribeca, 15 minutes to Union Square. The roommates: Two awesome guys in their 20s. One works in merchandise planning and the other is a sports journalist. Very easy to be around and hang out with. Looking for someone similar. Must be able to qualify for apartment by proving 40x monthly rent or 80x with a guarantor. Looking for a soon as possible move in, but June 1 would also be fine.
