Perfect time of year to be moving into this apartment About the room and apartment: Room is a double, plenty of space for a queen bed and desk if thats what you want. There is no furniture in the room apart from a small dressing table, you're welcome to it Wardrobe built into the wall AC is installed Large living room, fully furnished. Kitchen is a fair size too for NYC. Full size fridge. I try to cook pretty regularly these days to eat a bit healthier. You will have to sign onto the lease - its 12 months. You can likely get out of it as long as you provide at least 45 days notice. Fast internet with TWC Bills come to about $75-$110 each per month depending on the season. About me...and you: 32 year old from Australia working in Marketing for a tech SaaS company Lived in NYC for the past 3 years. Before that London. I'm into sports, travel, hanging out with buddies, going out (mainly on weekends), coffee, eating out, reading, bike riding..... I'm laid back, so I'm looking for someone who is equally chilled and easy to hang out with. No arguments, no stress. That said, I'm also looking for someone who cleans up after themselves every day/meal and takes their turn to clean the apartment every 2 weeks - not just someone who says they are clean. The apartment literally takes half an hour a week to keep clean. Apart from being chilled and clean (& a non-smoker) I don't have any other preferences. I guess it would be cool to get someone in who loves watching sports, having the odd beer etc.
