I am a Christian lady who is looking to rent the lower level of my home to someone for the fee of 650.00 per month. The fee includes 2 rooms each with there own walk in closets, private bathroom, and all utilities including wi-fi, and lastly kitchen and laundry privileges. A deposit will be required, but will be determined on individual basis. Room is available now or May 1st. Rental agreement is month to month, unless agreement is reached for longer. All serious applicants will need to provide a current back ground check.
