I have a two bed/ two bath FULLY FURNISHED apartment available at the Verandas on Sam Ridley Pwky in Smyrna, TN (literally right off of I 24) . It's on the 3rd floor; it has a washing machine and dryer in the unit, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace. I have lots of furniture, I can fully furnish your room, if necessary (mattress included)! ..... ..... .... the address is 4310 Arborbend Dr. smyrna, tn, its a gated community and very safe ive lived here a year so far. i work in downtown nashville and it usally takes me 25 mins to get to work with light to med traffic.... .... .. im also 30 mins or less from the following; Downtown Nashville, MTSU, Franklin, Brentwood, Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, with light to med traffic... during busy hours its more like 45 mins. ... .... The rent will be about $525+ utilities, utilities will probably add around $75-$100 to the rent. Also, you will have to pass the apartment's background check. Just so they know who's living here. (im spliting rent in half i pay $1050/ month) ... ... There is a $75 deposit (you will get back) and rent is due the 30th of the month. you pay 1st months rent on move in day! .... Please let me know if you're interested! :) ... ..... . Pet fees for the verandas are 50$ pet rent and a non refundable pet fee of 300$ they can split that into monthly payments. FYI I'm allergic to cats.
