Single 5 bedroom, 2 bath home has one room for rent, within walking distance to Pitt. The 600/mo rent plus free utilities, wifi, cable and laundry. There is easy parking on the street in front of the house. The room is furnished with a single bed, dresser, desk, chair and lamp. There is a modern kitchen, basement laundry, livingroom, diningroom and sitting room that is used by all tenents. I am willing to consider short term rentals as well as yearly leases. We are currently filling rooms for the beginning of the year or for 2015 spring semester.
