I live in an awesome neighborhood. At the corner there is a Trader Joe's and Wild Bread Flower Comp. I am located right between the 101 and the 60. I have one bedroom with a shared bath with me. I have a cat and a dog both are pretty mellow. I work a lot and enjoy a quiet home. I have a Jacuzzi bathtub that is awesome on long days at work. Your room has lots of light and a nice size closet. It also has a sliding glass door and a solar tub. There is a brown leather futon in there now. If you have your own furniture I can move it out. You would have access to garage parking and washer/dryer and refrigerator in the garage and full kitchen to make a great meal. I live a quiet comfortable life and you can too.
