Nice, recently carpeted 11ft. x 11ft private room with large closet, and private bath in nice 2nd (top) floor condo in the heart of Mission Valley, easy off-street parking and even a parking spot for guests. Rent is $850 which includes all utilities including WIFI. Plenty of storage and cabinet space, but only a regular size refrigerator to share with me. I am 69, hetero, non-smoker, light drinker, quiet, clean/neat, educated, world-traveled, easy-going, healthy, and friendly. I am well-employed as a building inspector for the City of San Diego, and have property in Hawaii. I like to entertain dinner guests occasionally, but do not "party" at home, and hope that you don't either. I am open to both sexes, and will prefer a fairly mature house-mate. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, no illegal drugs, no pets, no cooking of smelly stuff. I have just taken a year lease on this condo, and hope to find someone who will remain for at least 6 months. The security deposit will be $850, but can be provided over the first 3 months, if necessary. Good credit and at least 2 personal/family/work references are required.
